TAMPA, Fla. -- Tampa police said a man was drunk when he slammed his Hummer into a patrol car. Jail records show that the driver of the Hummer, Stacy Smith, is being held at the Orient Road Jail on $500 bond. Police said his blood alcohol content was above the legal limit in Florida.
