NEW YORK (AP) - A Stifel Nicolaus analyst upgraded Progressive Corp. on Monday, saying the insurer's stock is now fairly valued after a steep drop. The Mayfield Village, Ohio-based car insurer's stock is down 7.8 percent in the past month and 12.4 percent for the year.
