FRANKLIN — Two Franklin residents were fortunate to escape without injury after a fire tore through their mobile home Monday. Firefighters responded to 2126 Becnel St. around 7:45 a.m. Franklin Fire Chief Chuck Bourgeois said, who added the home was fully engulfed when they arrived.
