Question: I have another question about quitclaim deeds. My wife owned a house prior to our marriage. After we got married, she filed a quitclaim deed to add me as a co-owner to the house. Is this also a correct and legal use of the quitclaim deed?

Rochester police say the details of a Rochester man's fraud scheme lead to his guilty plea and sentencing. Craig Wilson, 36, was sentenced to five years probation for insurance fraud. Wilson admitted to lying about his car being stolen to get an insurance settlement.
