SAN JOSE -- The California Highway Patrol Monday night reported a quadruple fatal accident at Graystone Lane near Vista Del Roble Place in San Jose. The accident was reported at 8:23 p.m. and apparently involved a vehicle that collided with a tree, a CHP dispatcher said.
