SAINT PAUL, Minn.----The Travelers Companies, Inc. today reported net income of $1.254 billion, or $1.90 per basic share and $1.86 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, compared to $970 million, or $1.40 per basic share and $1.36 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.
