If you're a coastal property owner, the situation just got more risky regarding your homeowner's insurance. It should come as no surprise, since all the warning signs, threats, entreaties and political rhetoric have been in play for months, even years. A special session, in retrospect almost useless, was even called to try to tame the beast.
