HUGO, Okla. - An accident report reveals State Senator Jeff Rabon, (D-Hugo) failed three sobriety tests before being arrested for driving while intoxicated. Choctaw County Sheriff Lewis Collins says Rabon was booked into the county jail and later released on $1,000 bond.

MAIN STREET BRIDGE: The city of Hannibal is suing Great River Engineering and Chester Bross Construction over disputed work on the South Main Street Bridge. The lawsuit alleges the bridge was not built to specifications and that both companies "breached" their agreement with the city.
